The voice sounds like her face should be getting red, and all that stuff a lot more then what happens. Her face also doesn't seem to match the voice, which itself sounds like it demands more facial expression.

The basic motions are all there but it seems choppy and like they aren't getting all of the lip movement down. According to the website, the frontal nudity is only exposed because of a glitch. You can see Madison without her underpants in a frontal view. It also seems that the lip-syncing has fallen into the uncanny valley in a harsh way from the demo now, I can't look at the lips in that demo without seeing how weird it looks. A screenshot from Heavy Rain has popped up that shows a delicate glitch. There wasn't really anything crazy going on other then the motion/performance capture, but that doesn't really require anything special in-game it just needs a great performance and the willingness to focus on capturing it.

I remember watching the Heavy Rain demo and thinking they weren't really using any of these things at all, the most intensive thing I saw was possibly the texture resolutions were a tad higher then what you'd see in a game. Could be just a large amount of Anti-Aliasing or tricks you can use when things aren't real-time like Global Ambient Occlusion and many many other high resource operations that most games don't or can't handle real-time. Tech demos are almost always not practical, and use smaller visual things that are extremely resource intensive that give them that edge against anything else you see. Our memories make things shinier then what they really are.
